Ketty has an analytic as well as diplomatic personality and brings on board 13 years of experience in community development focusing on women’s rights to health services and economic empowerment. She has a passion for gender inclusive development and livelihoods. Ketty has worked across Zambia. She holds a diploma in social work, Bachelor of Arts in Development studies and a Masters degree in transformative community development. She brings in work experience on women and girls' rights from both local and international organisations, among which, World Vision Zambia, USAID, DFID and FHI 360. Ketty believes in equal rights for all in access to resources and opportunities irrespective of ones gender, age or sex. She has worked as project manager, technical officer, knowledge management officer and facilitator incorporating participatory approaches for local communities.
